Flash FloodFor those friends who know I live in Springfield, Missouri right now (I won't update my location because I am retaining the belief that this is just a TEMPORARY move for me) ..don't worry if you saw all the flooding on the news here.

All of that is happening at the South side of town, about 7 to 10 miles from me.
There are a couple intersections that are deeply flooded just a couple blocks from our house, but it's simple.. you just don't drive through them!

As far as I know, we are pretty safe from major flooding in this neighborhood.

..although the backyard is a giant mud pit now...
mud wrestling anyone??
