Right now, I live in Austin, TX after moving here in March and work for a non-profit based in New York called World Wide Workshop. We work with schools around the country and teach middle schoolers how to make Flash-based educational video games. Now, I don't actually do any of the teaching myself, but I make sure the teachers have what they need so that they can.

I used to work in HR and IT at a theatre company in Washington, DC and use what little free time I have to play games and make armor! If you want to see some of it, just ask :)

Also, I promise I'm more interesting than I sound!

PAX AustraliaIt's official, I'm going to be Enforcing at PAX Australia in Melbourne this summer... leaving almost exactly 72 hours after RTX. Sometime after 7pm on the 11th of July, I'm leaving Austin on a flight for Los Angeles. From there, it's a 15.5 hour ride on a Qantas A380 to Melbourne. If I'm lucky, I'll be through customs around 10am Saturday, just in time to get my ass over to the fairgrounds and help out with SAX.

Anyone looking for confirmation that I am in fact a crazy bastard, I believe you've found it! Please report any Charlie-shaped puddles of exhausted-looking goo to your nearest security officer.
