Revelation Finale The ending was amazing for the BG crew. Sarge's turn in the last half of the season was so cool, and while the Reds and Blues have worked together before, it's never been like this. It's funny because at the end, both teams are going back to Blood Gulch with Wash instead of Church, but it's completely different: they know that they are actually on the same side, and any warring situations are being thrust upon them. Could serve interesting for a Reach spinoff. As for Church/Tex...their ending is bittersweet. It's great because it proves that Church/Directors love for Allison/Tex is so great that he doesn't mind spending forever looking for her. It's great because it opens a world of possibilities: does Church in the memory remember everything? Will Tex still come along? Will the BGC story have an alternate path? It's also sweet because it shows that these guys were best friends. It took everyone else a while to realize that, but Church seems to have known it deep down all along. However, their existence and their actions throughout all 8 seasons are proof that Tex and Church have become more than AI. I want them to have a happier ending than continued simulations of life. If they could end up breaking out, or even dying (yeah, I think this would be cool) I'd be happy. My only other question: where did Donut go? Didn't we last see him at Valhalla? Will the Reds pick him up?
