An Ode to my iPhone 3G

Oh iPhone, my iPhone,
Whose features I abhor,
Give me some redsn0w,
And an hour or more.

I will turn you into
That which you should be,
With wifi tethering
And no restrictions on 3G.

With Cydia, and MyWi,
And even Winterboard,
I’ll take you much further
Than some silly sound board.

Your new multitasking
With Backgrounder and more,
Will have all the n00bs asking
“But that’s not an i4!?”

BiteSMS
Makes texting much sweeter,
And the plenty emulators
Make gaming much l33ter.

Alas I cannot
Improve your hardware,
But you’re still much better
Than a Macbook Air.

And so now I’ll use
My SBSettings toggles
Whose absence by Apple
Really gives the mind boggles.

But don’t get too comfy,
You’ll soon be replaced;
By a shiny new Android
With a Gingerbread face.
