To our SponsorsRecently, some of our sponsor benefits were taken away. We would like to begin by apologizing for this and for failing to communicate this change to you.
Our video distribution network discontinued a service which allowed us to have our videos available for download to sponsors. This happened with no warning to us and we have been in the process of trying to find a solution. Our sponsors should not have been left in the dark about this, and we are very sorry for doing that. We are super appreciative of your support and we are working on getting this feature back as soon as we can. As you can imagine, migrating ten years worth of video content is a daunting task.
In the meantime, as a "thanks for understanding" gift, we are giving all sponsors 15% off in our store for an entire week (code found at the top of the sponsor page). In addition, we are removing ads from all Achievement Hunter videos for sponsors. We will also be rolling out some cool new Sponsor features that we are extremely excited about in the coming months.
Again, we apologize for the confusion and lack of communication. We love you guys, and want to make sure you continue to come back day after day. Thanks for making this the best community ever. Of all time.

and thanks for noticing an issue. I wish a lot of video games paid as much attention to their servers for the sake of their fans like you guys

2) to not watch annoying ads when i want to watch the content i want to watch
3) watching exclusive stuff
though i am sad that i cannot download and vids right now, at least AH will no longer have ads, that i'm appreciate for. keep up the awesome work and i'll keep contributing

This is just a shining example of why I love all you guys at RT (and yeah, it's still cool/odd to lump you in that category). You actually listen to your fans and respond accordingly.
