Invitation to fight stupidity How far will political correctness go? Why ban the Mexican Wave? I urge every Australian, cricket fan or not, to buy a ticket to a cricket match at the SCG. Not with the intention to enjoy the cricket, but to start Mexican Waves until you are thrown out. For all the fun loving cricket fans that would rather watch the cricket than be expelled, dedicate your protest against political stupidity to lifting the ban on the humble Mexican Wave. Take one for the team and give the boys a wave. Save our dedicated spectators from those slow cricket moments.
