Who killed Captain Flowers?
There has been much speculation surrounding the death of Flowers. Was it a Wyoming clone? I don't think so. They were all killed before Flowers was shot.
I think that it was someone like Wyoming. A bounty hunter or a freelancer etc.
In season 3 when Church travelled back in time he posed as Flowers after his first 'death' to try and stop Doc coming. Church repeated what Tucker had said about red and blue being the same and then Vic said he would have to make some calls. I think this means that he hired a bounty hunter to take out Flowers much like he did when Tucker figured out the truth about red and blue being the same.
So when Flowers was revived I think that whoever Vic hired sniped him because of what Church said about red and blue while posing as Flowers.
