I swear, every year, Christmas gets longer and longer. We started setting out X-mas stuff in SEPTEMBER at work.
The atmosphere just seems wrong to be celebrating in. It's certainly cold enough, but there's no snow, so it's as though we've goten stranded in time in November. Without Thanksgiving to look forward to.
