What's that from?
So I've noticed something that is quite upseting to me. Sorry let me start over. I consider myself a moderately funny individual. I have my hits and misses, but lately I've noticed that about half of the time, when I get a good zinger in, people ask 'What's that from?' Now I'm not stupid enough to say that all of my jokes are the most orignal. Most of my jokes, in fact, are quite easy, and most likely almost any funny man has used them from one time or another. But why is it so hard to believe someone can be originally funny?
I'm reminded of my orignal ideas of how music was made. As a kid I imagined making music as some kind of equation or special secret that only a select few people were told about, but music is a fluid living thing. So is comedy. I don't really know where I was going with this though.
Can't wait to get out of texas. It's a nice enough place, but Virginia is calling my name.
