Scary
So if you haven't heard yet, a bridge collapsed in Minneapolis earlier today. It was actually kinda weird, because I didn't hear about it until around 7:15. I had been trying to make some cell phone calls, and I couldn't get through for like 10 minutes. I didn't think anything of it until I heard about the bridge collapse. Turns out the network was overloaded as a result of the collapse.
But yeah, my dad and brother were supposed to be in the area coming back from a camping trip, but thankfully came home a day early. And my sister has a swimming thing tomorrow at the U of M, which is right next to that bridge. It's scary to think that I've probably been on that bridge before. One of those things that you never think will happen to/around you.
Anyway, I didn't have anything going on in the cities, so I'm alright. But best wishes to all those who were involved.
