I just got back from the gym for the first time since last Friday, which was itself the first time at the actual gym in over a week and a half. There was some scuba diving in there though, which is more physically intensive than you'd think if you don't participate in it yourself, so don't worry about it. In fact, as I think a result of all that diving, my lower back has been angry at me since Friday, which is the
reason I haven't been in the gym since then - it's a secondary muscle group in damn near everything I do there.
My initial plan was to do big lifts today, but my lower back has been taking longer than expected to right itself, so I switched it up to a cardio...
