Talking Dogs I'm sure many of you have chortled at the humorous delights of the talking dogs on youtube. They all simply bark, 'harro' and 'I ruv woo' (The Real McCoy they ain't) but I've have been thinking.
A few months ago I got some fantastic dogs and, my god, how human are they. Their eyes say more than a ranting teenage girl can with her years of so called 'talking'. How long have these canine companions been living amongst us now. By my count, it's between about 2 years and 200,000 years and I was just wondering: could Dogs one day become more than just our loving pets and evolve to such a level that they could even talk back to us. It's Doctor Dolittle gone mad and I have none of your precious 'Scientific Proof' but I'm just asking the question: could it be possible?
I'm eating a bacon sandwich with brown sauce right now and my dog, Indiana, is giving me those cheeky sideways glances. He's basically saying "I don't want to make it too obvious but you should know I'd like some of your bacon". That's how we communicate. For now...
