Another Monday, another episode of RvB. I'm quickly running out of segways into the impression (including this one), so here you go:

SPOILERS FOR RvB SEASON 10, EPISODE 4
Mostly CG action stuff today, as expected, and the episode felt like the shortest yet. The current day gang made a stop back at Zanzibar/Last Resort for snacks, bath room breaks, and phallus related road sign jokes, much to the chagrin of Carolina. Wash tries to calm her down, and then the high action CG kicks in.

The CG portion was really just eye candy today, which it always has been, but it didn't seem to move the plot forward in any meaningful way. The enemies escaped and C.T. gets reported missing, and while those things feel important, (the enemy will come back, and C.T. will probably surprise everyone by being alive and with the enemy). However, it did have the hilarious moment of Carolina yanking Wash to safety with a grappling hook.
The present time portion didn't offer much in terms of current story, either, just more "where this could go next". Church is currently residing in Tucker's armor, along with his "home movie" collection, and the whole gang might do some re-exploring of the area and find some more plot material there. They certainly spent a lot of time here in the past, so finding stuff that references and deepens old stories will moving forward the current one is a real possibility.
If my theory of trading off story-heavy and action-heavy episodes holds true, these points (or others) will probably be explored next week, and I'm certainly looking forward to it!
