Heroically standing up for Truth, Justice, & the American Way, the U.S. Military taught me how to crawl in mud, curse, drink, and survive bone-deep disillusionment... Heroically, of course!
I'm old, so I was in the (relatively) easy FIRST Gulf thing, not this ridiculous, no-win, door-to-door unpleasantness. Happily I stumbled into techie work 12+ years ago. Sadly, I've managed to get promoted to the level where my job is incomprehensible. |
