"Liz, I'm trapped in my prom dress!"
aaaaaw, the lady at the awesome hardware store down the street just gave me the nicest compliment, and it's all because of my wonderful, ridiculously warm gray sweater! once again, J. Crew improves my quality of life. so it' s freaking FREEZING here, it was BELOW ZERO with windchill today!! that doesn't happen! anyway so the hardware store lady was like "oh where's your coat?" (because all i need is my sweater, it's HARDCORE) and I replied "oh, my sweater is really warm" and so she said "you must be from Minnesota!" isn't that so nice?? i felt like a sucess story, despite the fact that i'd just gotten off the phone with my friend Jenny back in OR (the one who got stuck in her prom dress) and I was whining to her about how cold it was and telling her that i couldn't feel my forehead. aaaaw, my day is so much better. thank you awesome hardware store!! okay so now i'm off to fill every waking moment of my day with productivity! enjoy your monday, it's a funday! hahaha....
P.S - being raised in the Livejournal tradition, i miss the little current mood and current music spots! they're so cute, i love my bouncing kitten icons! so...to make me feel more at home:
