In honor of a new cast member (Niko), I am removing the missed episode data that anyone can figure out by subtracting the episodes in from the current episode#. Which might be hard because you know math is the worst, but the exciting new data i am adding is the total likes of each cast member. So for example an episode gets 8 likes and has 4 cast members in it. Then each of those 4 members gets 2 likes.
    Cast............Episodes (51)........ Total likes.....First appeared
    1 Gus:...........47 (94.1%)..................152.7......................Ep 1
    2 Geoff:..........45 (90.2%)..................151.2.....................Ep 1
    3 Burnie:.........36 (72.5%).................136.3.....................Ep 1
    4 Joel:............22 (43.1%)...................54.6.....................Ep 2
    5 Jack:............16 (31.4%)..................29.7.....................Ep 6
    6 Gavin:..........11 (21.6%).... ..............44.4.....................Ep 17
    7 Matt:............6 (11.8%)....................8.8.......................Ep 28
    8 Dan:.............1 (2.0%)....................1.3........................Ep 26
    9 Finch:...........1 (2.0%).....................1..........................Ep 15
    10 Count3d:.....1 (2.0%).....................1..........................Ep 15
    11 Griffon:........1 (2.0%).....................1.........................Ep 33

I hate to be the nerd that explains the Street Fighter reaction, but I felt it just had to be explained as I had the same reaction the first time I saw it.

Let's start with the fact it wasn't a block. He did a parry. The difference being a block has micro damage while a parry has 0 damage. To perform a block it's simply pressing back, while a parry is pressing forward just milliseconds before you're hit. Chun-Li's ultimate is considered the hardest to do a complete parry. Specially the fact that the end was a jump and then he had to press down to block the high kick. If you watch it again if he had performed a block, he would have died.

Yeah, way off guys, CN Tower has nothing to do with World's Fair, at all, it's never even been to Toronto. The Montreal World's Fair (1967) did do alot, an artificial island, made from the dirt of making the metro (subway), which had several screwups, the Biosphere had something along the lines of the troubles related to the Olympic (Expo) Stadium.
The "crappy" Ferris Wheel in London is the largest in Europe, and was the largest in the world, with 25 people per car, more than the original Ferris.
Gus, the Olympics were never run when cannons were in use, stopping in the 4th century, and starting again in 1896. Shot putting is based on traditional common weight throwing sports, wiki says the Scots (who also toss cabers) were the first modern practitioners, but Homer makes reference to it being used in the military to kill people during the siege of Troy.

Burnie (and anyone else who might be interested) -- I wrote up a bit explaining a (hopefully) effective way to get all the Achievements in Mass Effect in as few playthroughs as possible -- potentially even in as little as three. It's much too long to post in this thread, but you can take a look in my journal. This may be completely useless to you if you've already moved on or gotten info elsewhere, but I figured what the hell, I can take five minutes to try helping out. Keep in mind it's all off the top of my head, so there may be some inconsistencies or things I left out.

hey burnie, question about the future of RVB! If Halo:Reach is going to be the last installment of Halo, will you guys make the move to that format? Also if this is the last halo game is rvb in danger of ending in the near future or will you try to make it last as long as physically possible?

You guys have been pretty unfair toward Kevin Smith.
From your comments it is pretty obvious that you didn't listen to Kevin Smith's Smodcast.

I don't know if this has been posted yet, but I'm going to go in depth about 3D.
Coraline was in red blue 3d so that's why you don't need a 3d tv.
There are two types of 3d tech that are commonly used today, polarized and active shutter.
Polarized is used in theaters (there are actually two types of polarized, but I'm not going to go into it.)
Active shutter is the kind that is coming to the home market. It uses glasses that have lenses that can go black for fractions of a second in sequence with the movie.
The reason why you need a new tv for this is because most tvs can't refresh fast enough.

The company that created Roger Ebert's voice is called CereProc which is based in Edinburgh, Scotland. They actually only used Ebert's commentary on five DVDs to synthesize his voice.

From the article he wrote in the Chicago Sun-Times about how he regained his voice through technology:

I had an idea. Before I lost my voice due to cancer-related surgery, I'd recorded commentary tracks for some movies on DVD: "Citizen Kane," "Casablanca," "Floating Weeds," "Dark City" and, ah, "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls." These tracks had been recorded separately from the movies, so they could be edited to fit scenes. They might be "pure" audio. I asked two friends of mine, Ronnie Sass of Warner Bros. and Kim Hendrickson of the Criterion Collection, if they still had the original digital recordings. They rummaged in warehouses and found they did. So did New Line and 20th Century-Fox, studios for which I'd also recorded commentary tracks.

If you guys were wondering about the Starcraft competitive scene in Korea, the mass appeal to the public is generally contributed to a player called SlayerS_`BoxeR. He was known to play for the fans and make games as entertaining as possible whether it was through amazing control and micromanagement or through ridiculous strategies. These basically made Starcraft an acceptable thing to watch as it was definitely entertaining even for the non-gamer.

Starcraft 1 is still ever growing in popularity as a spectator sport (LOL, yes sounds dumb but hey they have teams, the best make 6 figure salaries, and they have fan clubs reaching into the millions) in Korea and in the foreign scene. I mean go check out Teamliquid.net (Starcraft Fansite) and see the huge following of Korean Progaming and foreign progaming. They recently had a foreign tournament (non-Koreans basically) with a $22k prize pool. Pretty ridiculous.

I mean Starcraft was simply made so well that the dynamic of the game is still ever evolving. People watch for the strategies and the metagame that keeps changing. If you understand it, it really is entertaining to watch. And I mean that you don't have to be a hardcore Starcraft nerd to watch it.

A lot of those speculating the growth of e-sports in the United States have generally agreed that there has been no SlayerS_`BoxeR equivalent which is really needed to start the revolution and to increase cultural acceptance.

And 80 apm = incredibly nooby. Most progamers have 350 - 400+ apm with the lowest at ~280 apm.

If you guys weren't wondering about any of this then ... T_T.

I'm probably alone here but they called out a person who keeps up with game news, and reviews, and the culture alot more than I actually play video games. I have 2 xboxs and have 1500 gamer score( i use them as media extenders ), but point is that I'm the sort of person has formed an opinion of games based completely on reviews.

OK, here's the video I took about a minute before I spotted the wave. To tell how high we are, you can look to the jetty at the right of the frame. That are where the guy was standing in the last frame would have been about neck deep in water when the wave hit. It was a ridiculous amount of water.
