Hmmm, didn't know that much about Antman, but Jack might have sold me. If he is fast enoguh with his size change and knows a lot of fighting styles he could really filter it in. Quick alterations to be a master grappler or Shoryuken out of nowhere. I always wished Beast Boy was faster on the draw than he was.

Jack has SO much patience with these guys. For a bunch of people who made an entire episodic series flicking game controller sticks up and down, they are pretty prejudice to things they can't empathize with.

It's too late to comment, but your TV cutting off the very edges of some content is due to overscan. It's an easy setting to turn off on just about every TV.

I worked at Jungle Jims in Fairfield, Oh. They have an entire cheese dept that is as big as most deli dept because they import from pretty much every country the store is huge. I was cleaning the slicers and you are supposed to wear a chainmail glove and I didn't. So I took the guard off cleaning it and would hold a rag turn it on to make the blade spin to clean it faster. By time I realized I had cut off the front part of my middle finger (like where the smaller circles of your fingerprint is) I had already cut off a second slice of finger they landed where the meat or cheese would land them talking about knives and cutting yourself brought that back.

Don't forget there's a big difference of peeing in the shower and peeing into the shower. Peeing in the showers is okay, but peeing into the showers... What the fuck is wrong with you man!

I don't know if this has been discussed on twitter or otherwise, but based on the symptoms that Miles, etc. provided, I think I have the same issue that the guy on the Vegas flight had/has. It's called Vasovagal Syncope. Basically a mix-up in between the physiological signals from brain to heart and pretty much the rest of the body.

The mixed up signal caused the heartrate to drop, which causes a massive drop in blood pressure, which makes what little pulse you have as faint as they come. I've had 20 or so episodes, once when driving a car, which was not fun for anyone involved (was stopped at a red light and then slumped down onto the accelerator). The only time I was actually being monitored, using a tilt table test my heart only beat once in a 13 second period, as in beat.... six seconds... beat... seven seconds...beat... And my blood pressure was pretty negligible, so I can conceive of a situation where even a trained nurse might not feel a pulse. The faint can last up to a minute with me, but the vagueness often begins a little earlier.

And with the low pressure, all the colour drains from your face, so you wake up grey (as a grey coloured stone), but within a few seconds (from waking) you can start to communicate again (I'm always disoriented. Usually my first thought is 'why am I looking at the sky/ceiling?') following by recollection and in my case embarrassment that I've cause such a fuss, and protestations that I'll be fine, electrolytes and saline (salty food and water) will help recover and prevent further outbreaks. By the time the flight landed, if this guy had what I had, he probably just wanted to escape the whispers and odd stares he was getting.

Just thought you might be interested in a possible explanation to what happened with the dude.

PS. I'm also about his age being just over 30. I've had these since I was about 15-16. (not often, if you do the math)

If anybody is having issues of resolution on their Xbox like Jack described check your picture settings, and usually in the advanced picture options you can select a different aspect ratio. Also you can check the screen calibration in the Xbox settings app

Why does Gavin think that it's not Daft Punk in the suits during live performances? He keeps saying that they'd just get other people to do it so they'd never have to do the actual tour or whatever. But that makes no sense. If that were the case, they'd be touring all the time instead of once every 5 years. Like how South Park depicted Slash, you'd have a Daft Punk tour every year if the people in the suits were just random dudes pushing buttons not hooked up to anything.

Live performances not being a priority and not actually performing during your live performances are two very different things.

    • vctrjrvs

He's actually kind of close when he says it's not feasible for them to go out and tour or really do much but making the actual music. It's probably them in their very few actual live performances and appearances, but they've actually admitted themselves that the live performances are not their priorities, as they'd rather just have people experience the music. So a lot of people do think that they don't even actually do their own appearances.

I was next to the guy, who busted his knee in line for RTX 2013. He was getting back to his spot by trying to go underneath the stances, but his backpack got caught by the rope, which pulled him back, and made him fall down. I called out to the guardians, and they responded quickly. Later, maybe an hour and a half, I saw him with a temporary caste and crutches for the rest of the event. #RTPodcast255

Glad Jack at least has some understanding of comics and the films...cringe every time they start talking about comic characters, being a huge comic guy :P Not like people knew Iron Man/Thor/Cap before the films, Iron Man was a b-lister at best, Ant-Man/Hank Pym was a bigger character...Ant-Man and Guardians are really no more ridiculous than stuff they've already put on screen...just that you haven't heard of them yet...

Most TVs come with overscan enabled by default, that's probably the source of any out-of-frame issues. Its one of those things that you have to disable when you get a new TV, along with dynamic backlighting, frame interpolation etc

I don't think anywhere has a rapid weather change like Ohio, just saying. Also that dude dying and then coming back to life on the plane is a pretty weird story. Man there really wasn't much to cover in this episode. Still a great time listening to everyone talk and watching the super zoom and Jack eating that strawberry was funny.

Ugh, the only legit injury I've had in my life is a dislocated knee. And it is also a super lame story because it happened while i was sitting on a couch at camp and this fat girl was sitting on the arm and fell on me. My knee cap rolled 180 and ended up on the outer side of my knee even though it was pushed inwards.
