All the other girls of Team RWBY got cool dresses, so why can't Ruby have one?

What's amusing to me about this pic is the fact that Ruby just can't go anywhere without her "sweetheart", Crescent Rose. Even during a day at the beach she has to have it, even if it's in floaty form. Still, ya gotta admit she looks as cute as ever, especially with her "Crescent Floaty".

I FEEL LIKE GUSHING AFTER V5 EP1!
I love the subtle changes we've seen in Ruby so far. I love that there are still so many questions surrounding her which promises much intrigue. And can I just underline how grateful I am for the lack of romantic interest she's shown so far and that she's purely focused on being a huntress - she's such a refreshing main character in contrast to all those shounen heroes and heroines out there, and I can't wait to see her story unfold onwards!

In reply to Cundou I too appreciate how they haven't written Ruby into a 'twitter-pated' interest of ANY sort,.. and I selfishly hope they never do. There's enough love interest in Remnant to write about for years without having Ruby deviate from her goal of being a Huntress and saving the world.
But,.. they write a mean story,.. so,.. who knows.

In reply to PhantomAC I'm kind of divided, because RWBY has surprised me before with things I didn't know I'd like... and romance can be refreshing too, as long as it is slow burn and compliments the story, rather than the story revolving around it. But I still would prefer it if someone - and by someone I mean Oscar, because that could be hilarious with Ozpin's comments - simply developes a crush on Ruby without her actually falling in love herself. Maybe in a few volumes it'd feel more fitting to have Ruby start feeling for someone (especially since they all mature), but right now her entire focus is on everyone and the world, not herself or her own feelings.
