Nico does all of the music so the guys at RT don't have to worry about getting sued by say... Limp Bizkit. Nico is awesome. I'm sure it'll be released eventually, but I'm no staff member.
If I were to make an educated guess, that guess being pretty damned educated from the 5+ threads being posted on this topic, they're working on it. Reasons that it might be delayed... Well, Nico's Band, Trocadero, just released a CD, and I'm sure he's having to deal with all the fanfare surrounding that, second, he's now having to do music for two series now, so putting this out to the public is going to take a back-seat to any new music he has to make to ensure that the series goes forward. That being said, he's bound to have a couple spare hours in the near future, and I have the utmost faith that he'll release it when he humanly can. So, to cliff's notes my response: soon.
