I'm pretty sure the PS3 hardware will not be shown at E3. It doesn't release until the end of next year, so next E3 will have it. But there should be some video of gameplay/ showing off of graphics. But right now, I'm praying for a re-release of FFVII. Imagine a Cloud Strife, completely re-done in PS3 graphics. And not to mention all the summons. Oh! Knights of the Round! (drools)
I'm sure there's bound to be something related to FF7, after all, with Advent Children coming soon and Dirge of Cerberus on the way, Square is bound to be pimping something. As for a re-release of FF7 itself.... I wish, who knows. Square is starting to push with something big due in the next couple of years. A remake or proper sequel as a launch title for PS3 maybe?
I know that one of the main people responsible for the FF series is on board for 2 exlcusive games. And a member of another japanese developer (Capcom?) said that the complete developers list is extremely surprising. No more EA anal rape... looks like there'll be some real competition here.

+1 Ditto, SOCOM 3 will RULE!!! And if there's as much lag as in socom 2 i'll friggin kill zipper. SOCOM 2 is the best game of all time if it didn't lag, i've spent probably about 500 hours on that game, and i will continue to play it about 30 hours a week until SOCOM 3.

Square Enix Announces E3 Line-Up In an article posted on a Yahoo press release, Square Enix is to unveil a "massive line-up" at this years E3 conference, highlighting their "polymorphic content", the basis of which is the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII.
As of now, Advent Children, Dirge of Cerberus, and surprisingly Before Crisis are all listed as vendors at this year's events.
A few other Final Fantasy related titles have been announced as well, including Kingdom Hearts II and Final Fantasy XII.
The E3 hasn't even officially started yet, and we've already been given glimpses of the PS 3's sick capabilities, along with trailers for Gran Turismo 5, Tekken 6, Devil May Cry 4. Plus we got a special treat in being able to see the "tech demo" of what Final Fantasy VII would look like on PS 3.
Yes, Killzone 2 looks quite impressive, blows the hell out of Killzone 1. Heavenly Sword also looks to be awesome. Almost reminds me of God of War, but with a hot redhead girl as the main character.
Hold on guys! I know there's been some really big stuff happening over the last two days and I personally think Sony hit some big time home runs, but its a bit early to declare Sony the E3 "winner". I mean, the E3 only "technically" starts Wednesday, this has all been the "pre-E3" stuff. We've got three more days to see who totally wins at this year's event.

well it looks like the game that square-enix pushed back to next year will be FF XII. still no word on Kingdom Hearts 2 though :( really hope they have some good news on this, say maybe a release date?
