Greatest board game ever. There is so much strategy based on where to put the flag, the bombs, who to attack what etc. Anyone else ever played this?

stratego is soooo cool such a good game! Ive been playing it forever; my dad introduced me to it when i was i think 5

I saw an online version a while back but i didn't really investigate. After all why play online when you've got the real thing?

stratego is still a very cool game and it does take much memory and strategy to win

My girlfriend and I used to play this everynight. Then she got mad because I'd always beat her and we stopped.

It's a great two person game though. It's not too long, yet not too short, and requires a good deal of strategy.

I found a copy here, but I haven't played it yet, it looks like a strictly multi-player game, no computer opponent. but that could be cool over your LAN

There is this one where you put your flag on the front line. and keep some high ranking officers nearby.
The flag surrounded by bombs is OK, but a bomb surrounded by bombs is more creative

I hide it to the sides and Keep the 10 on the same sade 9 on the on the other 8 on the fare side spy in the center between the 9 and 10 just to be safe and hidden behind a 7!
