Let me interject some science behind the power, you know how the supercharger works obviously. However the advantages of turbos are 1. no parasitic power loss through the crankshaft, 2. the turbo needs no adjustments to run in higher altitudes. No real point just more food for thought.

While the difference is noticeable, it is not hard to control at all. That is one of the benefits of AWD. Once the turbo kicks in you just get placed back in your seat, there is no need to worry about lateral motion. Of course, you have to be prepared for obstructions in front of you, but if you are accelerating like that behind another vehicle, well, you get the picture.
