Halo 2 hands down...its just uncomparable to me. And by the way Metroid Prime is a good game...too much puzzles for me...

I would have to say Ninja Gaiden as well, but I also like Legend of Zelda, Ocarina Of Time, Halo 2, UT 2004, (so... many... good... games... head... starting... to... implode.....................)

for any councel i'd have to say megaman 8))) for nes that game was amazing i'll break it down for ya for the systems i had back then nes = megaman 2 gameboy = mortal kombat 2 (just cuz it was so bad) haha gamegear = sonic 2 snes = street fighter 2 turbo n64 = duh goldeneye 007 ps = final fantasy 7,9 ps2 = hmm final fantasy 10 or n.4.s.u. 2 xbox = heh halo 2 of course
