Who here owned or possibly still owns a Mega CD? The first cd console, i say console but it actually couldnt work without a mega drive (genesis) system. But who still loves it? I think some of the games like Sonic CD and Star Wars Rebel Assault.
It weighed more than the XBOX when attached the the mega drive but its a timeless classic that was one of many failures in the long run for Sega.
Unfortunately very over priced for a basic console which was just a fad. It had no real huge quality's except for its 27MHz processor. (Being made in 1993, its only 6MHz slower than the 1995 Playstation)
Well the original PlayStation (which is excellent by the way) was not designed to be state-of-the-art, it was meant for economy - so that everyone could have one!
