Deviant Art is a website where artists can upload their art and share it with like minded artists. The website is split into categories comprising the main styles of art (including poetry and prose)
If any one already has a Deviant Art account could they please put a link to their page in this thread along with a description of the kind of work that is on there (be it poetry or photography etc.)
My DA page - My gallery mainly consists of photo manipulated images using blending between two different pictures although I do have a few unaltered images in there too. Technically speaking this thread should belong in the billboard forum as it will just contain links but seeing as it is a website for artists I thought I would put it here in the art forum instead.

My DA page doesn't have a lot on it at the moment, usually i manipulate my own photographs, I hope to get creative and put some more funky stuff up there soon.
Here's my DA page. It's all digital photography, mostly nature, with a little bit of Photoshop work. I hope to scan some of my prints from the dark room soon and get them up there. But until, I do, I won't be adding much to it =)
Gah... I know, it's low on pictures. I'm way too lazy to scan them all in, there's so many, and it's too late in the Summer to start thinking about such a long project.... +whinemoans+

Dont be all flaming me for this cause I found out yesterday that DeviantArt appreantly owns your art after you upload your art on there....so if you want to keep it your art...then its kinda lost =/ Im not posting any art on Deviant...cause uh i wanna still own my art ><!!! Sorry if you all knew that but i didnt and just wanted to let other ppl know incase they didnt as well T_T
Ok, where did you find this? If you just heard it from someone I'm not going to believe that right now, but if you read it on their site, I want to know...
YYAAAARG!!! *flails* that's wrongwrongwrongwrongwrong! Okay, I find that so many people do NOT know what those few lines in the terms and conditions actually MEAN ALL you're doing is giving DA permission, to post and resize your image.. Because if you don't if would be ILLEGAL for them to even make THUMBNAILS for their own site. you'll find these SAME EXACT terms and conditions on, Side 7, Media Miner, FanArt.com, Elfwood, EVERWHERE. Sorry if I come off as a little harsh, but believe me, I know a GREAT deal about copyrights.. without taking any law classes that is, and you still own your art and have every right to it.. Trust me.
In reply to jen2706, #13: *cough* yeah.. exactly.. I'd link to another site that kinda explained copyrights in a simple way, but I'm too lazy to look for them.
My DA gallery is filled with mostly fantasy and sci-fi digital, pencil and ink artwork. And it features a lot of anthros and dragons. I'm rubbish at drawing humans, although I can make passable humans using a shadow style (examples of said art are in my gallery).
I can't wait for Artplz to go online. Then I can upload my erotica artwork again (do not worry, I won't show anything like that here).
This is my site, I just put in drawings/pictures that I care to like, haven't updated in a while due to school related issues though. Hope to see a comment or two from everyone!
