NOTE: The series is only 5 episodes because that's what Rooster Teeth was contracted for. They didn't make this one for fun, they were hired by F.E.A.R.'s producers to promote the game.
The only way they'd make more PANICS episodes is if they were hired again.
In short: There will not be new epsiodes of PANICS. Don't ask for them.
From my experience with them DIVX is a great program for running movies. Both products basically do the same thing though. WMV i'm assuming is windows media/video player. In that case, i really like it for music purposes but not for videos. Divx or WinDVD rock for movie viewing.
well... WMV is windows media player... so like quicktime, im guessing divex is a different format. most pcs with xp would have some version of wmv. i personally prefer wmv, quicktime is a bit too small (there is somehting be said for upgrading the old version that i have).
Here is a question from the game designer's point of view. By watching episode 1, and episode 2 for some of you, will you now go out and buy the game when it is released in the middle of the month?
I personally, never heard of the game until RT did episode 1 and can now say that i'm excited for its release date. It looks like a great first person shooter.
Will the 5th episode be released here, or only with the "director's edition" of the game the last thing i need to do is buy a $40 game for a video extra...
i preordered the game, and they gave me the demo and the bonus disc. but i dont see the 5th episode on there. i know that rooster teeth already has the miniseries done, but does anyone know how to get to the 5th episode?
I've seen the demo and it looks great. The AI enemies are pretty good too, they're not preprogrammed to do some dumb shit. The girl has her own voice, and that was already heard in episode 1. (or 2, but I heard her laugh) Further: you see the girl once or twice in the game, I think it would be hard to give her a voice in those short moments. Episode 5 will be released on the Special Edition, not on the ordinary.
I think they follow a bit of the game itself, so that would mean it's a little girl. Well, maybe the game will surprise us and it's indeed a monster, but I think it's just a little girl.
cant seem to find where else to suggest this.... and it's not at all about the show. rather the color scheme for panics. it's cooler than any other RT color scheme... but it's hard to see alerts and online members if you're colorblind... i suggest using jet black... overall, i love it.
but can someone say something to the tech team about this little problem? i'm using the scheme none the less, but still, the other ones are very distinct and have wonderful contrast. I've built a site or two and know it's not THAT big a deal to change color.
