Madara is staying and Im slightly happy for it. But Im curious on what Tobi will be doing with the Jinchuriki's being taken down. Also, I have lost possible life but gain knowledge from TV Tropes... how did I live without it before

New chapter and what will be the difference between having the actual 8 and 9 tails extracted compared to using a part of them?

Well the parts, The other 1-9 are powerful in there own right. Just like the brothers who ate part of the 9-tails stomach and have some of its chakra. Powerful but wouldnt compare to Naruto or the actual fox. But combining them into the 10-tail is just world obliterating.

so we get a less powerful 10 tails... less impressive when Naruto beats it, but still, it provides him with a "chance"

Well you have the two councilors, technically, Hashirama has a clone in the tree as well as Yamato, so theoretically he could communicate with him thru Yamato, or even Izuna if he's somewhere "reachable" or hell Sasuke's Mom and Dad
