Heh I don't know if I should thank you... To be honest I can't stand any turn based games like FF. I think the repeating noises and effects just bore me to much. Its just weird.
Lol it's all cool, I suppose everyone has their own opinions about that sort of thing, personally I love them but I can understand someone loathing them, it's totally understandable.
Such a Letdown from SquareSoft (they were still Square back then and not SE right? It's been so long I've blocked the game from my memory except to remember the title so I neevr try to play it again)
I hated playing that game. The story was kinda bland, leveling up was a joke, and the battle stat system of using "drawn" magic (and a limited number of drawn magic at that) was one of the most frustrating things I've ever dealt with in a game.
I know this has been mentioned 50 times but Dark Cloud seriously sucked. Try playing Kingdom Hearts..or anything really afterward and it'll suck too cause by then you're already frustrated. Also sports games, DDR, racing games, and Naruto Uzumaki Chronicles.
EXTERMINATION!!! I hate this game with a passion The main character is beyond annoying . . . and I don’t think he did that well in school either. I just can’t stand it . . . and I sadly still own it But that’s because I don’t want anyone else to suffer the pain I did.
I have to say Countdown Vampires...It was fun to play for the fist disk then ya just get more of the same. The story made no sense and the voice acting was horrible.. the only good thing was the gameplay and the ability to turn vampires back into humans...other than that your doing the same thing over and over...walk, shoot, kill, walk, shoot, kill, puzzle, walk, shoot, kill
Digimon World 4. I bought it thinking that it was like Digimon World 3, which I found to be fun, But I couldn't even get past the first level. After dying once I shut it off, deleated the save, and gave it to my brother. I didn't want anything to do with it. And I am willing to Go through Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. (A glitch keeps me from going past the second stage.)
You mean masters of teras kasi?? i never thought it was a bad game although it was kind of strange to play as a tusken raider named hoar. It was a pretty unique game and it had lots of characters and costumes. why do you hate it?
I try not to expect much from the Harry Potter games, but this one was really the worst game I've encountered for the PS2. Not that I'm much of a gamer, but it was just so confusing; the entire system of the previous games was completely screwed with, the storyline was left on the wayside, and the voice acting was horrendous. I haven't touched it since the first time I played it - thank goodness I got it really cheap. Amazing how EA managed to screw up what should've been the best game in the series.
I also have an aversion to Final Fantasy X, but only because after a friend gave it to me for a present, he noticed I hadn't played it immediately, so he basically forced me to watch him play it for, like, six hours. I wish I was exaggerating. I was bored to tears.
Perhaps I'll give it a whirl when my other friend is done borrowing it.
Red Ninja. My father bought it as a birthday present, because he knows how much i love Tenchu. It is horrible. The camera is impossible to operate, ninjamoves only work after you try a dozen times and your enemies respawn.I´m not kidding.Guards you kill in a level will come back after a minute or so.In a stealthgame. How the hell is that supposed to work?
i know im gonna cop flack for this but my most hated game (on PS3) is resistance: fall of man i couldnt stand it. next gen gaming without cover mechanics and continouis run and gun, it annoyed the hell outa me. no stratedgy involved whatso ever.
but on ps2 it would have to be sonic heroes. im a massive sonic fan from back in the day, played it as a young pup and all but that game killed a part of my childhood. maybe project needlemouse will revive my spirits with the sonic team. also does anyone know if sonic unleashed was any okay? i heard the fast bits are awesome but werehog sucked ass. what was sonic team thinking!!!
Necronicicon. It was based on the works of H.P Lovecraft, but was terrible in so many ways. It was basically a horror puzzle game in the style of Myst 3. The puzzles are ridiculously hard with obscure clues, and the visuals are so blocky and crap that you could hardly make anything out. There's this bit where at the beginning of the game, you go into a town and buy some matches. You don't end up using the ends until about halfway through the game. You go through a darkened tunnel where there are supposed to be torches for you to light. What there really is in fact, is a really badly done painting that they've tried to put at a 360 degree angle. It's impossible.
