In episode 11, Tovar entered the jail cell and said that he was being confused for "Evil Twin Tovar." Seconds later, we see a person with a similar bad suit and dorky hair running past the window.
Is there really another Tovar in the Strangerhood? Could this Tovar have killed Nikki? Could he possibly be someone responsible for bringing the whole gang to where they are now? And what do you think he will do in future episodes?
I think the evil twin killed someone else in that episode (just off screen) because shortly later in the episode dutchmiller hears an ambulance and goes to chace it. So it is possible that tovar's evil twin just killed someone else
i think that tovar has a twin named tobar and that tovar paid him to kill nix . or cathrine killed her snce she was jealouse . or the guy in he business suit did it since he is always nice just to cover up for he did. or griggs has a twin that that looks like him and he got to the point of feeling guilty and decided to take the blam for it.or a assasin did it and he is the voice that is at a house across the area working from a computer . or he is in the basement and no one knows it so he just appears as the a voice.
I think they're at my country, moustaches are a typical-wrong image of my country (Portugal) maybe they're just here, and he's evil twin brought them there!
Probably typed in a pirate accent. Ironic, since "thee" is supposed to be the singular "you". (If I remember right, at one time "you" was only used when addressing more than one person.)
