I was thinking that too. That's Die Hard: With a Vengeance (3), with SLJ and Bruce Willis. They go to a stadium, but it doesn't get blown up. It also doesn't have the president, even thought they talk about a school with a bomb in it, named after a dead president.

I need help! This one movie where this guy takes golf to save his grandmas house from the IRS. The cover shows this man smiling and he's holding a golf club.
An animated movie, possibly from the 80s. The only thing that I remember about it was the good guys are getting chased by the bad guys, and the bad guys make building blocks out of the good guys. They have a ray gun or something that does it. There is a little cute sidekick type character that has a tail, and its tail gets hit with the ray and becomes a cube. It then picks its tail up and says "Now look what you've done." and then it gets hit with the ray.
