Look at the scenario given (this may be real or hypothetical) and say "I hereby declare you" followed by an appropriate adjective for someone with that scenario. (Example of a scenario: I spend all of my money on useless things. Example of a possible following declaration: I hereby declare you a shopoholic.) If you need to say or explain something out of gameplay, put it between the declaration in the scenario. If you have any questions, let me know. (BTW, although your scenario can be as brief or as detailed as you like, try not to make the scenario go past three lines.)
