I love this game. I recently picked it up again, after getting bored with Medal of Honor, and, I've got to say, it is my favorite game ever! And I'm talking about the first one, the original "Spyro the Dragon." This thread is to talk about if you like the game, your favorite level, ask for help if you are playing it (not likely ^_^), whatever. Basically, reminisce about the good ol' days when the bottom of discs were black and getting 100% was more important than breathing.
My favorite games ever. They were the first games that really got me into videogames in the first place. I stopped after the 3rd I think though. They just lost their touch
I love the Spyro games, but I have to admit, the first one was the best.
I don't know about favorite world, but my favorite bad guys were those yellow rams that would stand on two legs to watch their flock, and then charge at you. The bulls were good in that sense too.
Yeah the bulls were my favorite bad guys because when you charge them, they jump up in the air and get their horns stuck in the ground. And then they they just sit there wriggling and they can't go anywhere.
I liked all the spyro games on the ps1. Outside of that they pretty much sucked, but for those 3 games or w/e it is, it was pure awesome. But its been so long and I don't have them anymore so I'm kind of at a loss here.
Spyro 1 and 2 were alright then there is 3 which is great. And every game from 4 onwards i have found lacks that edge that 3 had. Still a bunch of good games go Spyro go!
Spyro rocks!!! I cant count how many times ive beaten they first 3. My originals got wore out and I had to buy the collectors addition!!! Still play it today! the otherones i dont like tho.
I love this game series, except for Hero's Tail and Enter the Dragonfly. Those were relatively comparable to dungbombs. Once Insomniac sold the rights to Universal, Universal had a field day and destroyed it. At least the new owners with the new beginning game did an okay job. Only problem is I beat that game in 6 and a half hours.
Spyro 2 is my all time favourite game on the PS1. I've completed it 100% so many times. Every year i complete it in the week up to christmas. I'm sad like that...
