Well I've always preferred the Empire games as I find it more challenging and fun trying to unite Japan plus the fact you unite it under someone who normally wouldn't even get close is kinda fun though I do wonder how good the character customisation is going to be I hope it's better then the first warriors that was horrible. Oh and of course there going to sell it at EB games I mean why wouldn't they they sold this one, they sold the first 2 so why the heck wouldn't they sell this one.
Yeah online would be fun for it and hopefully will be included in Samurai Warriors 3 if it comes around as it would defintely make the game more fun to take on other people instead of just the AI.
Also a Extreme Legends expansion for the game was released in Japan a few months ago and should be released early next year in US and everywhere else. It adds 6 characters, Katsuie Shibata and Kojirou Sasaki are now playable and have there own Musou mode and Katsuie nows wields duel axes and Kojirou has his own sword. Yoshimoto Imagawa from SW returns with a similar moveset. 3 completely new characters have been added Toshiie Maeda, Gracia and Motochika Chousakabe (pictures below). It's also adding a new mode which if you've played Dynasty Warriors 4 or 5 extreme legends is similar to the extreme mode in them.
