The thread for discussion of Morrowind, Oblivion, Any of the Add ons (Knights of the Nine or Shivering Isles), and any potential future games in the Elder Scrolls series.
A single thread is better because the discussions otherwise dovetail, the old threads were getting too big, and the Elderscrolls V thread only has substantial information every once in a while.
Note: It's in here because this is where the most active threads were. In the future, it may be moved to the General gaming Section, so if it disappears, check there.
yeah i tried to post in it and i got a lockd message, for those who still dont no a link would be helpful in the old thread
i like Oblivion the best, i never played Daggerfall or the other one before Morrowind, Morrowind was ok but the roll system, i thought at least, was horrible, ilike how thy changed the combat/spell system in Oblivion, i did like that there was no guide arrow when you ere doing quests so it wasn't super easy, but thats about it for Morrowind. i'm a really big Oblivion fan espically because of the downloaded content........i wish Shiveing Isles would come out sooner cuz it looks sooo awesome
i played oblivion first and when i wanted to go to morrowind...it was hard first of all the graphics are so much worse it was hard to get into and when i did it was pretty frustrating at times
i think that it would be easier to appriciate morrowind if i had played it first but it was very hard coming from oblivion
Take a good look at the map of the Shivering Islands and take this time to plan where you want to go when you download it. I hear the Hills of Suicide look wonderful this time of year.
Im thinkiing of shutting the oblivion gate...ive left kvatch to BURN for like 2 weeks now, but now that my skills are raised it should be easy... i dunno that weird soldier guy in the oblivion usually dies,by random things to..like rocks
