So, the NFL Network is doing their players' voted top 100 again. I want to do one, as well, because I disagree with quite a bit of what the players say. Whether or not I'm right, well, that's up for debate. A couple of friends and I did one last year. So, anyone who is interested, please send me a rank. Preferably typed up on Excel or Google documents, but anything will do. You can PM me the link or the list or email me at rosss001 AT gmail DOT com. I'll take submissions up until the start of training camp, and then I'll release the list 10 by 10 once every other day. I'm going to bump this probably once a week throughout the offseason and also try and get other people to contribute as well (but people who I think are actually intelligent concerning the game). Get to ranking.
I clearly do not have enough Football know-how to participate in such an activity. I'd probably struggle to even name 100 players currently in the game without looking them up.
You should have asked me this at the conclusion of the season. It's difficult to remember which side of the Broncos' O-line they more often chose to run behind, and who might have been the interior lineman that got to the second level with consistency.
That's just an example, I actually don't really know what the Broncos' running scheme is like.
That's a fair point, but you can still go back and look at names and remember things. Plus, it's just something to do during the very long days of summer ahead.
Actually I'm doing my damnedest to become a baseball fan this summer.
But no, I would have to actually re-watch the season to feel comfortable ranking players against one another. There are a lot of details I wouldn't be able to remember.
God, I hope he pans out to be even half as good as manning. The golden era really has ended and it has me feeling down, bu maybe, just maybe Luck won't flop. And us Colts fans have to remember how the first Manning year went and not be too quick to condemn Luck. Also, go Broncos until manning retires.
He deserves it. He was in a league of his own. When he gets into Canton, I want to see his black helmet and black visor in a display case, that was the look of a warrior.
How about Micky Loomis becoming head of basketball operations for the Hornets? Thats a pretty big job to be doing while being general manager of contending NFL team.
