Windows XP Themes

I have tried to change my theme on many occasions. But after I get everything installed into where it has to go and when I change my theme there is no text on any buttons or any where. What can I do to fix this?

Are you using regular windows themes, or are you downloading them from somewhere?

You fail at linking, but I figured it out anyways.

You may need to use a program like Windowsblinds to get it to work properly.
