you are saying that only people of mexican descent will build fences. a fence will not stop people from coming from mexico to america. a 20-foot tall fence you say? build a 20-foot tall fence across the entire border? 21-foot ladder sales will soar in mexico. make the fence electric you say? rubber boots and gloves will be on the rise. we can't stop it.

what we can do is change how the immigration system works. my grandparents used to tell me stories about people coming from all over the world to ellis island, thankful to be in america and live as americans. they wanted to live in american culture and interact in an environment where they weren't persecuted for their beliefs. now, people come to america, where people have spoken english since it was industrialized, and expect us to change for them because they can't interact with other people that only speak english. we are expected to speak a different language because someone else who speaks that language came here and told us so. they get angry at us for waving our flags and showing how proud we are to be american, but don't understand why we don't like it when they wave a mexican, iranian, or any other flag. as people come to america hoping for the glory it once was, they expect us to change it to fit what they think they need. by the time it's done america is no longer what they came here for.

Just because they're doing those jobs does not mean their isn't somebody, a legal resident of this country out there who wouldn't be willing to have that job, because lets face it, not all americans can reach for the high paying jobs and when it comes to needing a job, most americans realize beggers can't be choosers.

See, if they government started a program allowing illegals to become legal in return for paying taxes and shit, imigrants would line up for that.
I wouldnt either. It'd take alot of work. I'd like to see an ad campaign saying illegals will be tracked down and thrown out. Then the one offering free citizen ship in exchange for agreeing to the tax paying. They might do it for fear of going back to mexico.
