So...I'm in the university neighborhood, and you know...With everyone's rooms being separate and all that things can get a little weird.

I get my Sim to ask out this random girl just because I hadn't had a chance to test out Hot Date, that I've had for ages. She's all like "Yeah, let me grab my coat" or something while I call a cab.

Didn't really think much of her walking off randomly because...You know...This is The Sims. That's what they do. My Sim gets in the cab and go to to the 2nd floor to see where she's gone. She was just walking through her door when I seen her.

So now I'm sitting there in the cab, and the cab driver refuses to move or let my Sim get out. I think the driver has a thing for him.

Any suggestions or shall I just let him live in the back seat of a Taxi?

Hm. Any suggestions that don't involve death of Sims? I tried evicting him and then just moving back in, but the exit to neighbourhood, save and exit game buttons can't be pressed.

Does he have a job? Maybe he'd get forced out when it's time for work....

Did you try unclicking "go somewhere"? You probably have, so I'll keep going. I once had a glitch like this happen to me. My Sim went to "relax" and she never got up ever again. Didn't go to work, wouldn't eat, shower, sleep, nothing. All her needs were in the red, and she was just sitting there. Finally someone had the idea to move the Sim out of the house and then back in. That worked. Of course, you'll need to evict the whole household, which means the items will go away (unless you put them in their personal inventories).

But yeah. I'd say eviction and then move them back in. That is your best shot.

He has class to go to. But that doesn't work because they don't have to go to class, or work or anything. It wouldn't force him to.

In post 4 I said I tried that but it doesn't work because all the save/exit buttons are grayed out.

That's a good idea. If only I was a The Sims character, and "Involuntary WooHoo" was a socialize option thingy.

use move_objects on on your dude and move him out of the car but he still wont stand up but he is still out!

try resetting the game that might work =)
