Well, apart from all her friends and colleagues who have died because of The Director's many plots, schemes and betrayals, there is the small issue of his experiment where he implanted her with two AIs, which drove her insane. I don't think she got over either of these things but the second one probably is a motivating and aggravating factor here.

Let's look at the precendent. Wash is a former Freelancer who (a) clearly knows Church on some level and (b) has a shade of blue as a primary armour colour. Sarge is clearly viewing him as a Blue, based on the last episode of Revelation.
Carolina is a former freelancer who (a) clearly knows Church on some level and (b) has a shade of blue as a primary armour colour. It's a decent bet that Sarge will see her as a Blue.
Ok, funny joke here. In Podcast #79 they said they knew a girl with the nickname (I'm sure I misunderstood this.) "In Tucker". I bet Tucker's in her, Bow Chicka Wow Wow.
