lol. 2 top posts are the same Iron Man Xbox picture, the one from this thread and the one from Greatest Internet Images, and both were done by monopoly.
While killing Jon Snow may be a key point, but if he's got that much riding on him he is not dead. I mean by this point I'm sure should be getting close to the point where the only people left in contention are the people who could actually run the world.
I shouldn't wade in like that, given I've only seen season two as it airs, but if they're no closer to an endgame by book 5? Hmm.
Granted, Melisandre could resurrect him, but something's telling me no. That was the book's WHAM event, just like the first had Ned's death, the second burned Winterfell, the third had the Red Wedding and the fourth had Cersei arrested. That's the "shit going down" moment, and I don't see Martin upending it.
So I finally bought Arkham Asylum for $18. Should be getting it in a couple of days. Hopefully I'll have played it enough times to satisfy me before the GOTY edition of Arkham City comes out.
Well I finally saw the Avengers. I know, took me long enough. Thought it was awesome, but I'm sad Tony Stark never called Banner the "Jolly Green Giant", Captain "Caveman", or telling Thor it's Hammer Time. Missed out on some great nicknames.
Aw, it sucks to see The Finder go. Hopefully someone else will pick it up.
Edit: I'm not surprised Alcatraz is going away though. The gimmick got in the way of the plot rather than supporting it, I found; to the point that I literally didn't care about any of the characters. I wasn't watching Awake because of when it was on, but I think it's unfortunate that a high concept show is on the block. Way to go supporting the idea that viewers are intelligent people.
