I did a look around, didn't see any topics like this but it's early in the morning so please don't kill me, lol.

What is this thread for? Share with us what games you're waiting for for PS3 and why. ((More specifically your top 3.))

My top 3:

1: God of War 3, since this one is supposed to be the final one in the saga I'm really curious to see how it stacks up on the PS3 and if it'll surpass the previous two.

2: Killzone 2, Ever since the first one came out I played it to the point of nearly wearing it out. To me it was one of the best FPS games I had ever played.. save for my squad sticking back and letting me take all the risks. *grumbles*

3: Armored Core 5, This game will probably surprise people for being on my list especially since 4 wasn't too hot. I love mech games and I love customizing and Armored Core 3 was pretty enjoyable. I hope that since the PS3 has been out for a while now this game will do better than it's previous version and possibly even include a good RPG aspect to the game as well. There have been alot of mech games for the PS3 and so far according to friends and review sites there haven't been any ones that really stand out as great.

Anyway, comment on what I put up, post your own stuff and don't be a jerk and we'll all get along fine

Being an FF fanboy... 1) FFXIII for the reason stated above 2) Little Big Planet, my God that game is gonna be fun 3) Socom confrontation, have owned 1, 2 and 3, it is an awesome series and no doubt this will be just as good.

I didn't know they were coming out with a new SOCOM game >< I completely forgot about little big planet, lol. For some reason it reminds me of Spore.

Little Big Planet Killzone 2 Bioshock ( I know it's out, but my PC could be classed as "Steampunk" it's so old, and I has no Xbox.)

1. Final Fantasy XIII - I chose Sony purely because of this, and then it gets announced that its coming to the Xbox as well >.< 2. Tomb Raider Underground - Although I am quite aware im probably leading myself to getting disappointed...again 3. For me, it would have to be Mirror's Edge, LittleBigPlanet, and Motorstorm: Pacific Rift. In that order.

As to the games that look the most interesting of the upcoming arrivals; Valkyria Chronicles Last Remnant Borderlands of those borderlands looks like the most interesting, diablo + FPS? hopefully its better than Hellgate was...

Resistance 2, LittleBIGplanet, and Fallout 3. I know Fallout will be multi-platform, but I'm picking it up for the PS 3.

I'm looking forward to a whole bunch this fall. But some are: Fracture (just bought today but haven't played it yet) Infamous Ghost Busters (if it gets a distributor)

I hope you were in the beta for LBP and have played Spore to see that they are completely different games

Thanks for that link reygar. Last I heard is they didn't have a distributor, but with that site being Activision it looks like that question is answered Post edited 10/15/08 11:18AM
