I would be happy with the gore from WaW and the gold guns from MW, but I know that IW is going to do more than that. Also, Arab and/or Russian zombies would be tight.

I think WAW's gore is horrible and not even worth putting in. It tries to be gory, but not be realistic about it.

I think that they should keep the concept of modern warfare, but throw in some WWII tactics and upgrade some stuff.

yeah. i snuck up behind two snipers on castle. i had a double barrel. i shot the first one on sight in the chest and his arm pops off. the other one i guess didnt notice i was there so i walked right up to him and shot him in the head. his head is still on his body. nothing happened to it, and the gore looked awful on the guy whos arm came off.

I got the Mumbai attacks from the OpsFor or whatever in CoD4, and there are U.S people in Mumbai so I just thought that the terrorists must have gotten an idea from CoD4 because they killed a bunch of americans. But now I realize it was stupid. So ignore the post if you'd like.

Okay, think before you post.

Modern warfare, made by Infinity Ward, released in 2007.
World at War, made by Treyarch, released in 2008.
Modern Warfare 2, made by Infinity Ward, releasing in 2009.

They will have 2 full years to finish the game, same as they did with Modern Warfare.

Think before you post, it's really not that hard.

I can't wait I loved Modern Warfare and thought World at War was just ok. I can't wait to go back to the Modern era.

I dont like WAW at all. Well its okay but there's a few things. . . .

1. They tried to make it seem more edgy and brutal with gore. But the gore is completely stupid. Shotgun a dude pointblank in the chest and his arms fly off and start spraying blood monty python block knight style. Wtf?

2. Shadows. You know how many times i've been killed by someone hiding in a shadow? I mean you could see em in COD4 but in WAW they're damned near invisible.

Yes. The AA-12 is amazing. And give us the option to use all of the ammo types it can use. Including the several grenade types it can fire.

I agree. I think that shotguns aren't used enough in cod4 mostly because they are used at close range and there aren't very many close range maps. The AA-12 would be a great addition to more modern guns.

I also think that the gun that shoots around the corner would be a good addition also.

This title coming from the Infinity Ward team, there is no doubt that this will be another hot title. With Treyarch upping the steaks on the CoD: World at War, I.W. should answer back by making a sequel we will remember and worth the price of a full priced title.

yeah i want the corner shot in there and i know how it could be great. Make the gun's display (the one that shows what the camera around the corner is seeing) in the screen when you Aim down the sight. not taking up the whole screen like in GRAW. It would be alot cooler.

I think the core of the second game's MP has to closely resemble COD4's, or else it's going to turn a lot of people off.

Change can be good, but too much of it can be devestating to a new game's population.

but how would it be bad. i hate the 3 round burst of the m16, and would love to put it on single shot, or turn the g3 or m14 to full auto. quantum of solace has this feature and it made the game a lot better. also, you should be aloud to chamber rounds, especially on pistols

also, you should be able to put more than one attachment on a gun

EDIT: like a perk at 55, two attachments, and i pray to god they fix sniping

That's why they have specific weapons burst, full auto, and semi. You have to pick the weapon best fit for the job.

And I'm not a fan of the "2 attachment" thing. Seeing people run around with silencers, a red dot, and UAV jammer on does not sound fun. It did when the game first came out, but it would only create more problems.

They "tried" to fix sniping before, now sniping is nothing but instant kills. It was fine before the patch. Now they're overpowered.

im not talking about that, im talking about how whenever you shoot somebody at any range the crosshairs are always zeroed. the thing that made sniping cool was the fact that it took skill, but if any asshole with a rifle can pick people off how is that fun. and maybe you have a specific weapon but want to conserve ammo or if you have an acoged m4, its better to use single shot than full auto, and again, if they want to be realistic they should do a better job. and for two attachments, real warfare is like that, people have guns with more than one attachment and if you dont like things that would make a game real, dont play it.


EDIT: correct me if im wrong but cant u have two attachments online in WaW. im pretty sure you can at 65, can anyone confirm

Who cares about it being that realistic when it's a game??? COD4 struck the perfect balance. That's why IW has stolen so many Halo players and has held the population for over a year now.

Why mess with what works? Realism? I couldn't give 2 shits about realism if it's messing with the core of the game. We've been playing perfectly fine with guns that don't switch fire modes for the last year. Why change it. If you want to change fire modes, have fun playing around with GRAW(2).

Do you think that IW made the G3 semi-auto for no reason in COD4's MP? The game is shipped the way it is for a reason.
