I don't think the world needs a semi-professional flash remake of that show. Maybe you should think about doing it the other way around. How about planing a mini series about spartans and people offside of the events of RvB, maybe in a training camp on earth and fill it with dialogues in what fans of the series come to word?..
The idea is to think of your favourate scene and animate yourself in anyway you want as a tribute to how awesome RvB is. Plus im sure we have some pretty awesome animators here.
Treb Can you get the audio from episode 53 when the clone church ask yellow church what happened. And the end Episode 62 where simmons is talking to shelia.
I could give it a go, I can get a low quality version for by the end of tomorrow but I'm still working out how to get it it a good quality format. If someone else can do it it'd probably be easier. Also I can't find that scene in episode 53.
Don't hate me for a double post, but I just wanted to say that I'm getting some work done on my part now. Holidays are almost here so I'll probably get more time to work on and hopefully finish my part.
Also where we upload it will affect how we produce it. If we upload it to newgrounds we'll have to think about flash menues and stuff like that but if we put it on YouTube or Viemo we'd face issues like who's account to upload it under maybe we would need a youtube/viemo channel for us as a group.
After seeing what you and Monkeynuke are making I have realised how bad my drawings were that I started out with.... I'm going to go back and see if I can improve on some things.
Flash CS3, I'm currently using my 3x4 wacom tablet to do the drawings. Also I'm using Luck Mc'kay's versions as reference. Here's the Step by Step of Sarge (I still gotta do the hands and legs for Sarge and Grif)
Ah kewl I cant seem to gfet into any of the Flash CS versions..i like my Flash 8 Pro haha. Im just experimenting with exporting special effects over from Adobe Encore into Flash ...i beleieve the result may be awesome. haha!
Your so lucky to have all those extra programs, I'm gonna try and get the full set of adobe programs when CS5 (or whatever they call it) comes out. I've used Premier and After Effects ocaisionally, but I just haven't had the money to buy them.
Hands get easier to draw after practice. I was lucky to already have an awesome Master Chief drawn out for a flash im working on - so it was jsut a matter of re-coplouring haha!! which gives me an advantage to work on other stuff , waiting for the collab to catch up xD -and working on other things such as Viewty Slow Mo , Media Studies and life off the computer xD
I might do more than one scene , i want to do the scene in episode 62 with Tucker talking to Caboose about getting a translator but theres not alot of action going on so i want to find another scene aswell. (im downloading episode now and shouldnt take too long to animate - as long as i dont get to the bit with the alien haha then i would have to draw that xD)

Yeah I already started looking at the youtube account. I dunno what to name it though. You're not alowed spaces or other symbols like full stop, maximum of 20 characters in the name and FART is already taken.
