I work just above minimim wage. That does not make me rich I go to see movies. It means I work hard and have time off every now and then. I support pirating in many cases but seeing a film is so fucking cheap for God sakes. Calling someone rich because theysee films early in the morning for 8 to 10 bucks and skip the popcorn? Seriously?
This guy needs to just fuck off already. First of all people who are allergic to gluten can't eat anything with plant protein in it. Which means nothing with flour, no corn, no salad, can't really eat most fruits, and so on. When you work in a restaurant it's your responsibility to know what every single food item you sell contains, and if you can't memorize them the law requires that detailed ingredient recipe cards be available for customers to see upon request. These laws are put in place for a reason, and if you don't like it then don't work in a restaurant. It's that fucking simple. Also, this guy did not follow proper procedure when he was informed of a customer's allergy. He should be fired.

Gluten is plant protein. While the greatest danger for those allergic to gluten comes from items that contain flour, fruits & veggies can be a problem as well. Plant protein can be found in the seeds of some fruits, and veggies. So those on gluten free diets have to be careful. I have relatives, and friends who can't eat gluten. Plus I just learned all about gluten in college.

Someone who smoked, something that is well known to increase the likelihood of getting lung, mouth, tongue, and gum cancers, all which impair breathing in some way, asked me if a pack had peanut oil laced because it would cause her to breathe heavy.
