there is no Secretary of the Marines. they are under the Navy. just like the coast guard is under the dept of homeland security and is not part of the armed forces
Of course he did. They hate each other lol My Dad once told me I could date anyone so long as they weren't a Marine. I asked if I could date girls, and he said "If she's not a Marine, that's fine by me." My Dad was, obviously, Navy lol
