There are a few great games and series that I loved for the original xbox that I would love to see have sequels on the 360. I'd love to see the following series have sequels:
- Timesplitters, great series. Rumor is we may see a fourth on the horizon. I certainly hope so.
- Star Wars Battlefront: Rumor is this project is dead, that's unfortunate because the second one was one of my favorites.
- Star Wars Knights of the old Republic: I know that the MMO is coming out, but I really want a third installment of this series.
- Freedom Fighters: This game was a gem, I still hear rumors of a second one here and there, so I haven't lost hope yet.
I for one would like to see that the Confirmed Thief 4 comes out better than the third and much like the first 2. I know it isn't a sequel but I would love to see this game come out and be amazing like the first of the series.
Ooh, another Skies of Arcadia would be tight, I enjoyed the shit out of the first one when I was younger, I didn't want it to end. Maybe one day a developer will remember that game and say hey, lets make a new one!
Psychonauts, all the way. Not a perfect game, but definitely the most clever. Maybe if Brutal Legend makes enough money Tim Schafer will get around to a sequel.
1. Jade Empire 2 (I've heard hints and rumors that they might make a sequal and I just love that game) 2. Otogi 3 (Loved the first 2 and would be AWESOME on the 360, didn't seem like they finished the story either) 3. Legacy of Kain (#?) (they kind of just left me hanging at the end of Defience, still great game!) 4. MechAssault 3 (would be the best looking mech game on any console anywhere if on the 360)
I definatly want to see a Brutal Legend sequal. That world has so much potential, and the game was a bit too short. I really wanna go back with new stuff to do.
Star Wars: Republic Commando! It's the only original Xbox game I still own. Also I wish Bioware would takeover KOTOR again. The second game had good mechanics but the story wasn't nearly as good.
Totally forgot about Republic Commando, that game was the shit, and I also want to see more KOTOR, which apparently is what Bioware is basing their MMO on, so I will probably check that out. I am not a big fan of the Star Wars universe but the KOTOR games just plain rocked.
I love you for the Freedom Fighters and Timesplitters. It would be awesome if those got sequels. And I want a Ghostbusters sequel. I really enjoyed the game, multiplayer could have been so much more though.

There is set to be another Elder Scrolls Game. Word around the net is that the Elder Scrolls book, "The Infernal City" takes place about 40 years after the events of Oblivion and is tied in with the next game, which takes place 200 years after Oblivion. So yeah, its definitely in the works.
I know Dragon Age is the reincarnation of it, but I could go for another PC, sprite based Baldur's Gate game.
Every Spider-Man game gets close to being good. I need about five more sequels before it might be a decent game. Also would love to see Star Wars Battlefront 3. Hopefully it hasn't gone to ground forever. Elder Scrolls V can't come soon enough. KOTOR 3 would be nice. Just to wrap up what felt like a trilogy at the end of the second game. Jade Empire 2 Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 Not so much sequels but Tie Fighter and X-Wing redeux would be nice. That's mostly nostalgia. A new Jedi Knight game would be good. But with better control over the lightsaber. I get bored with waggling a stick and pulling a trigger. It would be cool if there were a little finesse. Fable 3.
Speaking of which Portal 2 has been officially announced and should be here sometime in 2010. I still would like to see a multiplayer with the classic games of "capture the cake" or maybe "capture the companion cube". For portal multiplayer to really work you need to have a revolutionary concept like the games were.
star waqrs republic commando-it was a great game of xbox and sev one of the squadron was rapted and when they think the fight is over yoda calls them and they say delta squad lock and load,damn lucas art im still waitinhg a sequel :(
star war battlefront is another one as hangman522 said they were planing to release it on christmas last year and it was cancelled since then no more talking about battle front 3

I would like to see a sequel to Conker's Bad Fur Day as well. Yes it was originaly on the Nintendo 64 and then ported to the 360 with the same single player and a different multiplayer. Which, by the way, sucked. It had a few fun MP modes like stealing eggs from raptors and dropping them into big frying pans as little cavemen - probably one of my fondest memories from the N64.
Yes, there was a shenmue 2 for the dreamcast and the xbox, and it was as good as the first. But this is a thread about games you'd like to see a sequel for. There was supposed to be a shenmue 3 but it was never made because it cost way too much.
Oblivion IS Elder Scrolls 4. And there is a sequel coming out in 2010 or 2011. Before you ask, it was announced a while ago, but there hasn't been much news about it since then.
