This game looks amazing. I was always a fan of cowboy movies, and westerns and the like. I tried to play Call of Juarez, but the Billy missions were just so bad I couldn't do it.

I heard about this game, but I hadn't seen the trailer yet. Has there been any gameplay trailers out yet?

No gameplay trailer yet, but as the release date is less than half a year away I assume Rockstar will release one soon to create more buzz for the game.

Dude, when I first saw the trailer for this game a couple weeks ago. I cried! It looks great overall! It has a "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" type of feel to it.

That would be a good game, too. I wish there were more good Western games out there. As it is, it seems most people don't wanna try. Rockstar's probably going to popularize the genre, though.

I really hope this ends up better than Gun. I was all geared up for that game, just to be crushed when it finally came out.

An open world seems like the best way to handle the Western genre, I just wonder if it's going to be long stretches of nothing among towns, or if they'll find some way to spice up the transition from one location to another.

this game looks cool, but i'm not so sure if this engine is meant to be used for a street fighting crime game AND a cowboy western game, it just doesn't make a lot of sense.

Have you any idea what an engine is? It doesn't matter the style of game. Max Payne used the same engine as American McGee's Alice. RDD and GTAIV will probably play exactly the same. It's just a different skin.

Definite high hopes for this game. Finally, a game that has a western theme and actually looks promising. Now, I was not to sure about this but will the game include a copy of the prequel?

No word on the inclusion of Red Dead Revolver but if it doesn't it may make it's way to the X-Box Live Marketplace one day.

The Dead Eye targetting system :o I'm gonna have fun with that :)

Is it me or does Marston look a lil bit like Wild Bill from the Green Mile?

There has been no news on multiplayer but GTA 4 had multiplayer so hopefully Red Dead Redemption will as well.
