I'd have to go with:

Flashes:
1. Cascade
2. Wake
3. Jade: Enter

Songs:
1. MeGaLoVania
2. Dance of Thorns
=3. Sburban Jungle
=3. Sunslammer

Yes I cheated, but that was a super difficult decision that I was too lazy to properly agonise over. There are lots of other songs equal 4th for that same reason.

Hey I cheated too. Descend and Jade: Enter are always tied for 2nd when it comes to favorite flashes. Sburban Jungle and Umbral Ultimatum would be tied for 3rd if I were going for official soundtracks, but Libera Me From Sburb combines 2 of my favorite songs.

The cinematic at the end of Act 3 might be the most intense thing I have ever seen.
