Also, everyone who is seeing this thread and is not a member of the RT Philly group should join and/or watch it, as well will be continuing to roll out important info and other goodies over the coming weeks and months.

Expect a post there sometime soon on what RT Philly is really about and why it's going to absolutely be a must-attend event for everyone.

Yeah since the hotel is being awesome about everything we'll probably have the rooms connected, right?

This would make it quite easy to split them and accommodate people.

More info about accommodations will come out in short time.

That said, we have gone ahead and reserved a small number of rooms at Doubletree for the event, presumably all near or next to each other (though I could be wrong about that).

It would be cool if you guys were able to work it out with them where all the rooms are together(at like, the end of a hall or something for less bothering of others in the hotel), and when someone calls to make a reservation they mention "RT Philly" and will be assigned one of those rooms.

Like I said, we have rooms reserved and are planning on working out a system for distributing said rooms (though we have no control over rooms we have not reserved obviously). We can't make any formal announcements about them though until we have a clearer idea of what our guest situation is going to be looking like.
