I won't be doing cool customisations without asking but I strongly suggest you do ask because they look much cooler. You can customise the center image, the centre background, the ring colour, the outer glow colour, even the grey military camo can be changed if you give me one.
Also, I am looking for volunteers with Photoshop to help me out and help me get these out faster.

hey i would like an achievement hunter avatar. the details are: blue for the 4 controller outline, then ( if you can) a red vs blue icon in the middle with a white background.
I am starting an ambitious project and would like one of your awesome pictures made for my upcoming group. I would like it to have a "Prohibition Sign"(1st Link Below) with an unknown achievement tile in the middle (2nd Link Below). If you want/can, you can rotate the starting picture so that the 4 controller lights are on the diagonal and use it as the circle, color it red, and put the line through the middle instead of having a circle in the circle.
I really didn't understand what you wanted or how to do it. Plus that "?" image was really blurry. I honestly did not like how it turned out. It you have another idea/suggestion, I'd do that.
I'm just making a group that will find missing achievement tiles for the Achievement Hunter site, I went through all the pages of Xbox games and found over 229 games missing over 3000 achievement tiles. Periodically I'll post a couple games with missing tiles for the group to hunt down and add the tiles to the site. For example achievementhunter.com/games/bombermanactzero/ has 17 missing achievement tiles. So I'm trying to make a picture that shows we don't want any missing tiles, therefore the "no" sign and the missing tile picture. The "no" sign is pretty clear but since the tile picture is so blurry when enlarging you can just take any picture of a question mark and slap it on a gray background.
I would like something that has a blue background and make the center image one of those ponies. I don't know where there from but they look cute. If you can make it a blue pony. If you have the time if not then don't worry about it.
